2. Product Type

Our products are digital self-guided maps and tours, delivered instantly via a download link or Google Maps integration after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are final.

As a micro-entrepreneur under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code, VAT is not applicable.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with immediate access to your product. Please ensure you provide a valid email address.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after purchase, where the consumer has expressly agreed to this.

By purchasing, you agree to receive the product instantly and waive your right to withdraw.

6. Refund Policy

Since the product is digital and delivered immediately, no refunds are granted after purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including maps, texts, and formatting, is protected. You may use the product for personal use only. Any resale, redistribution, or public display is strictly prohibited.
